| TECMate Pro |
In recent years variable speed products using GE ECM by Regal-Beloit technology have become commonplace. With this trend comes the need for effective diagnostic equipment to analyze HVAC systems that use this technology. Additionally, there is a reluctance by some customers to use GE ECM by Regal-Beloit driven products because of this inability to effectively troubleshoot these systems. The GE TECMate PRO service tool is a low cost, easy to use device that will analyze the GE ECM by Regal-Beloit independent of the HVAC system. It operates in the basic HVAC settings of fan-only, heating, cooling and de-humidification. This tool is specially designed to detect and isolate motor failures from other HVAC system failures. Complete instructions for operating the Tecmate can be found in the ECM service Guide and can be downloaded for free. Each TECMate purchase also includes a 16 to 4 pin connector, a ECM Service Guide, and a ThinkTank 3.0 service overview. $49.97
