Motor Bracket Assemblies

Start saving immediately with the Morrill Motors Bracket Fan Shroud Assembly. A modular unit compatible with many popular applications eliminates the need for off-line component sub-assembly. The Motor Bracket Fan Assembly is composed of the motor, brackets, shroud and fan blade. It is currently available in a variety of performance options, with diameters ranging from 6” to 10”.

Axial Flow Air Packages

By partnering with you on special projects, Morrill Motors can custom design an air package to meet your requirements. Our design engineers will work with you to combine motors, mounting brackets, fan blades, shroud rings, orifice plates and lead assembly configurations in the most cost-effective manner. And, because all components are designed to work together, the Morrill Axial Air Flow Package delivers a greater level of efficiency.

  • 100% performance tested cast iron or aluminum unit bearing motors
  • Low cost, single piece, hubless type aluminum or galvanized steel fan blades
  • Durable galvanized steel brackets and shroud ring
  • Customized orifice plates constructed of galvanized steel, or other material upon request
  • Morrill Motors engineering provides air deliveries, statics and performance tests as required
  • Morrill fans are tested similar to AMCA standard 210-85

A selection of mounting designs is available to meet a variety of applications. Coupled with either the “A” style bracket, shroud ring, leg brackets or orifice plate brackets, Morrill's mounting hole pattern is designed to meet your needs. Mounting designs are offered in both standard and customized sizes.
